Please review our cancellation and taxi charge policies below. These rules exist to protect our therapists’ time and ensure fairness to both clients and staff.

Cancellation Rules
Last-minute cancellations (within 10-15 minutes of the appointment) will be charged 100% of the massage cost.
No-shows will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged in full.
Therapist verification: All therapist photos are verified. Cancellation only on genuine grounds of picture mismatch is allowed.
If you claim a mismatch, a third party will cross-examine.
If the therapist picture is proven mismatched, the session will be canceled or therapist changed with no charges.
If it is found to be a false excuse, you will be charged double the massage cost for misusing the policy.

When Does It Apply?
Taxi fees apply if your hotel or apartment is more than 7 km from Sukhumvit 16.
How to Pay
The taxi fare must be paid directly to the therapist upon arrival.
Safety First
Clients cannot book their own taxi, send a driver, or arrange private transport. Only public taxis booked by our therapist are permitted.
App Prices Don't Apply
In Bangkok, the same 7 km trip can cost 200 THB on a normal day or 400 THB on a rainy or rush-hour day. App-based prices are not applicable.
We keep taxi fees fair and consistent. We charge less than the actual distance fare, and we do not increase prices due to weather or traffic. On expensive days, Divine absorbs the difference.
No bargaining over taxi charges will be entertained. Attempting to negotiate taxi costs will result in your booking being declined.
