Being off the Sukhumvit line
Almost every mobile massage service in Bangkok is built around the Sukhumvit corridor, because that is where the hotels are. Ari is on the same BTS line but on the northern branch, past Victory Monument, and it is genuinely a different part of the city.

The Ari coverage area
Ari runs off Phahonyothin Road, with the numbered Ari sois branching west and the Saphan Khwai area to the north. The BTS station is the reference point most people use.
Ari is mostly low rise. Townhouses, small apartment blocks and converted shophouses rather than the condominium towers of Sukhumvit. That matters for one practical reason covered below.

In a Sukhumvit condominium the constraint is usually floor area. In an Ari townhouse or converted shophouse the constraint is more often the stairs and the shape of the room.
The therapist brings both a portable table and a floor mat and will use whichever fits. If your place is a narrow townhouse with a tight staircase, say so when you book. The mat goes up anywhere. The table is bulkier and it is better for the therapist to know in advance than to find out on the landing.
The space itself needs to be about the size of a single bed and reasonably level. A living room rug works. So does the floor beside the bed, and for most treatments so does the bed.

Choosing a treatment
Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed with no oil, using palm and thumb pressure with assisted stretching. It is the most requested treatment across Bangkok and the best fit for stiffness from sitting.
Relaxing oil massage replaces the stretching with continuous strokes. Aromatherapy is slower and uses warmed essential oils, usually booked by people sleeping badly. Deep tissue is the firmest and is best aimed at one persistent tight area rather than the whole body.
