Most of Divine's Bangkok coverage runs on 15 to 30 minutes. The riverside does not, and it would be misleading to print the same number here.
Charoen Krung is a narrow, old road with a lot of turning traffic and no useful parallel route for much of its length. Saphan Taksin is the only BTS station serving the strip and it sits at one end. If your hotel is on the Khlong San bank, the therapist crosses the river to reach you. None of that is a problem, it just takes longer, and 25 to 40 minutes is the realistic window.
The practical answer is notice. An hour or two of warning removes the issue entirely, because the therapist is dispatched to arrive at your time rather than as soon as possible. Same hour bookings are accepted here as everywhere, they simply sit at the longer end of the range.
Riverside hotels are a long way from anywhere you might eat that is not in the hotel. If you are going out, book the session for after you get back rather than before you leave.

Silom runs inland from Saphan Taksin and is covered as its own area. If your hotel is closer to Surasak than to the river, the Silom page is a better match. Taxi charges beyond 7 km from Sukhumvit 16 are explained on the cancellation and taxi charges page, and any charge is quoted before you confirm rather than added afterwards.
These are large properties with proper front desks and no difficulty about a visitor going up to a guest room. You do not need to arrange anything with reception in advance. Give your room number at booking and the therapist goes straight up.
Almost every hotel on this list runs a spa. It is a fair question why you would book anything else, so here is the honest comparison rather than a sales pitch.
If you want the steam room and the pool, use the hotel spa. If you want the massage itself, at a time the spa is closed, without getting dressed again afterwards, book to the room. Both are reasonable and they suit different evenings.
Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed with no oil, using pressure and assisted stretching. It is the best fit for stiffness after travel and the least expensive of the six.
Relaxing oil massage uses continuous strokes without stretching. Aromatherapy is slower again with warmed essential oils. Deep tissue is the firmest and works best on one area rather than the whole body. Divine Signature Therapy blends techniques and four hand uses two therapists.
The complete list is on the services page.
The therapist brings a portable table or floor mat, fresh linen and oils where the treatment uses them. You need a clear floor space about the size of a single bed, which is rarely a constraint in a riverside hotel room.
For Thai massage you stay in loose clothing throughout. For oil treatments you undress to your underwear and stay covered with a towel, with only the area being worked on uncovered. The therapist leaves the room while you get ready.
Thai baht, paid on the day in cash or by transfer. Nothing is charged to your room and nothing goes through the hotel. The pricing page is the source.

Send the hotel name, your room number, the treatment and the time. Give an hour or two of notice if you can, because that is what turns the longer travel time into no wait at all.
You choose the therapist from the therapists page rather than being assigned one. Two people can book together with two therapists arriving at the same time.
Send your hotel or building, your room or unit number, and the treatment you want.
Choose from the profiles rather than being assigned someone. The desk confirms who is coming.
Typically 25 to 40 minutes, with the table, fresh linen and oils. Nothing for you to prepare.
Around 25 to 40 minutes, longer than the 15 to 30 quoted for central Bangkok. Charoen Krung is narrow, Saphan Taksin is the only BTS station on the strip, and Khlong San hotels need a river crossing.
Give an hour or two of notice. The therapist is then dispatched to arrive at your time rather than as soon as possible.
For the price, for a time the spa is closed, and to stay in your room afterwards. If you want the steam room and pool, use the hotel spa. They suit different evenings.
No. Payment is direct, in cash or by transfer, on the day. Nothing goes through the hotel.
No. The therapist arrives as your visitor and goes to your room. Riverside hotels are large properties used to guests receiving visitors.
Yes. It takes a little longer because the therapist crosses the river, so plan towards the 40 minute end unless you give notice.
The treatment price is unchanged. A taxi charge can apply for addresses beyond 7 km from Sukhumvit 16 and is quoted before you confirm.
Yes. Divine is open 24 hours and therapists work through the night, which is the main window the hotel spas do not cover.
Send your hotel, your room number and the time. An hour or two of notice means the therapist arrives exactly when you want them.
